• Design Presentation: Design Team to present a minimum of three directions. Presentation will focus on the poster design.

• Design Presentation: Postcard, simple b/w version for quick release to printer and bulk mailing list

•  Wendy to provide final approval on postcard. Wendy to proofread artwork and provide required paperwork for production.

•  Final artwork for postcards releases to printer.

• Marisol to provide information regarding additional leave behind item which will be determined by budget and time frame.

• Lois to provide information regarding web presence specs and timeline.

• Scott to provide information regarding Bankhead Theatre for information regarding ad specs and timeline.

•  Kathy to provide information regarding where poster is to be produced.

•  Final copy for all pieces provided by Wendy, Jacci to manage final copy for all pieces and provide to Design Team.

•  Final approval for charity tie-in provided by Wendy, Jacci to manage final copy provide to Design Team.

•  Final quantities on all items will be provided by Eric.

•  Confirm next date: Monday, Feb. 27: Client Meeting for approval on final poster artwork and final flyer artwork. Wendy to proofread artwork and provide required paperwork for production.

Godspell Action Items

1. Jacci has organized connecting a wonderful charity to receive a portion of the profits from one of the performances. Jacci, will you continue to pursue the items required to keep that part of the project in order? This is called “Moment by Moment” – Jacci, can you had info to this?

2. I have contacted the copy center on Los Positas and at Chabot to try and track down the printer for the poster. I have also sent an email to the director of Phantom of the Country Opera to find out who printed that poster. Does anyone know the name and contact information for the design student who worked on the poster?– Lois added: Pat Baker did the final design for the poster (likely everyone one in the class assigned this project also worked on their own version). She is in the current VCOM 159 class. An old email address I have for her is pattileelee@aol.com

3. We need someone to contact the Bankhead Theater to get information for the ad that will run through them.  — Scott has taken this but is unsure of being able to work on the “text” postcard

4. We need someone to contact Cindy Browne Rosefield to get information for establishing a web presence.  — Cindy is now Lois’s baby

5. We need someone to look into the additional costs for a leave behind item, especially if it will be a specialty item as discussed at our meeting with Wendy. She mentioned a bookmark, other options might be a coaster, button, sticker, or?

6. We need someone to type up the final copy for the poster and send it to the entire team so that we are all working from the same origin. Whoever does this must be absolutely certain that the information is 100% correct including the spelling. They will need to get the okay via email from Wendy as soon as possible so that we can all start flowing it into our poster designs.

Design Team to contact Bankhead Theatre for information regarding ad specs and timeline. Design Team to determine where poster is to be produced. Design Team to select additional leave behind item which will be determined by budget and time frame.
Wednesday, Feb. 22: Design Presentation: Design Team to present a minimum of three directions. Presentation will focus on the poster design and final artwork for postcard. Design Team to provide suggestions for additional leave behind item.
Wednesday, Feb. 22: Selection of Poster Direction. Final quantities on all items will be provided by Wendy. Final copy for all pieces provided by Wendy.
Wednesday, Feb. 22: Wendy to provide final approval on postcard. Wendy to proofread artwork and provide required paperwork for production.
Wednesday, Feb. 22: Final artwork for postcards releases to printer.
